In celebration of our 89th Williams Lake Stampede, I would like this blog to focus on the history of our Stampede. As it is a long standing event, many stories have been told over the years, some true, some questionable but repeated none the less. It is these types of stories that help make the event what it is. It's legacy is something one wants to experience first hand. When renovating, the kitchen can be the toughest of all the rooms in the house to tackle. Not so much because of its complexities, but probably more so because you can spend a fortune if you are not careful. This is often an area when many go "overboard" as they want their dream kitchen.
