Color Your World In A Creative Style

Whether you've just bought a home or have lived in the same home for 30 years,

sometimes that creative spirit disappears and you are left wondering "Now what can I do?"

It can be tough when you look at a blank canvas to be able to picture exactly what you would

like to see there. Some possess this special skill but for many of us we struggle with

picking colors or the little details that can make a home your home.

Sometimes it is great to think outside the box. Doing something unique can make

your home feel more personalized to your style. You want to be careful not to go too crazy

unless it is something that you can change back if you choose to sell. Sometimes less is more

when it comes to selling a home but it all depends on what your “more” is.

The transformation you'll see with this home is remarkable. It was 2 concrete walls that

were used as support walls at the walkout entrance in the lower level of the home.

As you can see, it is a must that they are there but they appear cold and uninviting.

They serve a purpose but why not look attractive doing it. A little color can go a long way.

Now of course, there are 2 supporting walls so you want to balance out the beauty.

See the before:

And watch it transform into a tranquil area blending nicely with the surrounding foliage:

This masterpiece is called "Forever Fall" and that is exactly what it represents:

the beautiful Fall colors that we just can't get enough of. What is wonderful is that

you can appreciate these walls of art also from the deck above.

Before the transformation:

After the creative artist did his magic:

The great part about this mural is that wildlife that can be seen throughout.

The most spectacular would be the fox den which has changed a dull, empty space

into a warm & remarkable piece of art.

So adding some color into your space doesn't have to be boring and is not always confined

to indoor space. To see more of Dwayne Davis' artwork, you can check out his website at or you can talk a walk or drive through Williams Lake to see his

many incredible murals that adorn the exterior walls of many businesses throughout the city.

So with the beauty of the fall colors surrounding us, isn't it time to add some color into your world?

Let the designing begin and if you would like to know what you can do

to bring your home into market-ready condition, give me a call and

we can look at where your highlights could be in order to bring the best out in your home.
